On July 5th at 10:00 AM, the KG students at Ansar Sprouts Pre-school successfully harvested their own microgreen plants. The children were very excited to see how much their plants had grown since they planted the seeds. Under the supervision of their teacher, they carefully used small scissors to cut the tiny plants from their trays. Each student was able to take a small handful of fresh, homegrown microgreens. This hands-on activity taught the children about the plant lifecycle and the joy of growing their own food.
