The Middle Section of Ansar English School celebrated Onam with great enthusiasm, filling the campus with the festive spirit of Kerala’s cultural heritage.The day began with students creating beautiful Pookkalams in their classrooms. With vibrant patterns and floral artistry, the activity reflected creativity, teamwork, and festive joy.
Students actively participated in class-wise competitions—Filling the Bottle (Class 6), Lemon & Spoon (Class 7), and Needle & Thread (Class 8). Common games like Musical Chair and Drawing the Tail added laughter and excitement, spreading cheer among all.
Onasadhya – A Feast of Togetherness
The highlight of the day was the grand Onasadhya. Students and teachers came together to relish the traditional Kerala delicacies, reinforcing the values of sharing, unity, and cultural appreciation.
The celebration concluded with a prayer, leaving behind fond memories and a strengthened sense of belonging among students and teachers. The Middle Section’s Onam festivities truly embodied the spirit of joy, harmony, and togetherness.
