The Senior Secondary and Secondary sections of our school observed National Sports Day with great enthusiasm and energy on August 29th. The event commenced with a prayer led by Salman, setting a solemn tone for the occasion. This was followed by a torch relay, symbolizing the spirit of sportsmanship and unity. The sports athletes showcased their agility and coordination through an impressive pyramid formation. The girls’ aerobics performance was a highlight of the event, demonstrating their fitness and dedication.
Ms. Sajidha Razak delivered the inaugural address, inspiring the participants with her words. Ms. Ravya offered felicitations, further motivating the athletes. The celebration honored the legacy of Hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand, promoting teamwork, discipline, and a passion for sports among the participants. A friendly football match and push-up competition among senior boys added to the excitement, concluding with a pledge led by Basim and a vote of thanks proposed by Naamir.
