Ansar English School, Perumpilavu, observed Gandhi Jayanti with reverence and enthusiasm across all sections, highlighting the theme “Unlock Freedom with Gandhi Values.” The Secondary Section commemorated the occasion on 16th October 2025 through inspiring activities such as the Truth-Telling Activity, Echoes of Gandhi, and a reflective session that reinforced Gandhiji’s message — “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” The Kindergarten celebration began with the Vice Principal spinning the charkha, followed by children depicting stages of Gandhiji’s life, sharing his thoughts, participating in the “Turn Waste into Wow” art exhibition, and joining a cleanliness drive. Students of Classes 3, 4, and 5 expressed their admiration through an exhibition organized by Class 4C on Gandhiji’s life and values, while Class 8G celebrated the day meaningfully by preparing customised bags, bookmarks, and saplings with their parents, presenting them to school authorities and the Seed Club as tokens of respect and gratitude. The collective observance across sections beautifully reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing Gandhian ideals of truth, peace, simplicity, and social responsibility.
