The General Staff Meeting of Ansar English School, Perumpilavu, held on 18th October 2025, embodied the inspiring theme “Together Towards Excellence,” uniting all teaching and non-teaching staff in a shared mission of collaboration and progress. The session commenced with a soulful prayer by Ms. Shaharban K, followed by a warm welcome from Ms. Aiswarya P.P, setting a tone of positivity and purpose. The Minutes of the Previous Meeting were presented by Staff Secretary Ms. Savitha, paving the way for insightful addresses by the Principal and Director, who emphasized teamwork, innovation, and quality education. Adding vibrancy to the session, engaging activities such as “Identify the Sound,” “Through Their Eyes,” and “Stack to Success” fostered teamwork and enthusiasm among participants. Thoughtful messages from Vice Principal Ms. Shyny Hamza, Head of Quality Assurance Ms. Shabitha, and Senior Secondary Junior Principal Ms. Sajidha Razak further inspired the staff to uphold standards of excellence and readiness for the upcoming NABET Inspection.
