Ansar English School Celebrates Gandhi Jayanti with Patriotic Fervor
Ansar English School commemorated Gandhi Jayanti with a series of vibrant and meaningful activities across all sections, honoring Mahatma Gandhi’s principles and contributions.
The Middle Section hosted a special tableau depicting the historic Dandi March, with students portraying Gandhi and his followers, emphasizing the pivotal Salt Movement and the importance of non-violence in India’s freedom struggle.
As part of the celebration, the young learners of the LP section actively participated in a school cleanliness drive by cleaning the school premises.In the Primary Section, students engaged in creative activities such as Gandhi Cap Making and Spinning Wheel projects, reflecting Gandhi’s values of self-reliance and community service.Meanwhile, KG students re-enacted the Dandi March, dressed as iconic leaders like Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, and Sarojini Naidu, providing a glimpse into the nation’s struggle for independence.
The event reflected the school’s commitment to fostering patriotism, social responsibility, and cultural awareness among its students.
