On Saturday, 11th January 2025, Ansar English School, Perumpilavu, organized a two-session First Aid training program for its teachers. The first session was for teachers from Sprouts to Primary, and the second for those from Middle to Senior Secondary. The training, conducted by Ms. Nithya, a qualified Staff Nurse from the same campus, covered essential topics such as Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR techniques, wound care, choking emergencies, fracture and sprain management, and handling poisoning and bites. Both sessions were highly interactive, offering ample opportunities for hands-on practice and Q&A. The event began with an opening prayer, followed by a warm welcome and a vote of thanks to express gratitude to the trainer and all participants. This initiative highlights the school’s commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment by equipping teachers with vital first aid knowledge and skills to handle emergencies effectively.
