"A gender-equal society would be one where the word ‘gender’ does not exist: where everyone can be themselves.”

Ansar English School organized a training session for the entire teaching staff on the topic Gender Sensitivity on 15/12/2022.The program started with formal prayer, national anthem by teachers. The session was led by Mrs. Shyny Hamza, the Vice Principal, and Mrs. Mehar Usman. The resource persons emphasized the importance of Gender Equality and Gender Sensitivity in the present scenario. How to implement this thought to action and from where should we start the transformation were discussed. The session was very informative and it gave the participants an insight on how to deal with such issues. A feedback session was initiated at the end of the session. Mr. Shihabudeen Pulath, the Principal addressed the teachers on the seriousness of this topic. The programme ended with an official vote of thanks by Mrs. Savitha.
