Observing National Mathematics Day Across Sections
Ansar English School observed National Mathematics Day with a variety of engaging activities across the Primary, Middle, and Secondary sections, honoring the legacy of Srinivasa Ramanujan. The Primary Section featured corridor decorations, a Rubik's Cube competition for Classes 3-5, and a Scrapbook Making Competition, culminating in the release of scrapbooks and magazines during January's Talent Day. The Middle Section organized "Mathematics Marvels" on December 19, 2024, led by Ms. Lincy M and the Mathematics Department, where Grades 6 and 7 exhibited innovative models, puzzles, and creative projects in the Mathematics Lab. The Secondary Section, celebrating on December 21, 2024, held competitions such as Sudoku solving, Rubik's Cube solving, and Geometrical Pattern creation. These events fostered a deeper appreciation for mathematics, encouraged critical thinking, and provided students with hands-on opportunities to explore the subject’s practical applications.
