The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Ansar English School on Sunday, 26th January 2025. The event commenced with a prayer and the National Anthem by the School Choir, followed by a warm Welcome Speech by Assistant School Leader Naamir Nishad. Vice Principal Mrs. Shyny Hamza delivered the Presidential Address, emphasizing the significance of the day. The Flag Hoisting Ceremony was led by Dr. Najeeb Mohammed, Director of School Education, accompanied by a patriotic song from the School Choir. Following this, Dr. Najeeb Mohammed addressed the gathering with an inspiring Republic Day Message, encouraging everyone to uphold constitutional values. The celebration concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Fyha and the distribution of sweets, marking a fitting end to the event. Organised under the leadership of Ms. Sajida Razak, Junior Principal of Senior Secondary, and Ms. Jophy Peter, HOD of the Social Science Department, the event was enriched by the presence of academic heads, SPC cadets, teaching and non-teaching staff, parents, students, and PTSC representatives.
