A training session was organised for the Students Council 2023-24 of Ansar English School Perumpilavu on 9th January 2024 to hone their leadership skills through interactive sessions, practical exercises and peer to peer learning. Topics covered included goal setting, conflict resolution, event planning and public speaking. The training programme organised in the natural atmosphere of Vazhani Dam Park proved to be highly successful in equipping participants with essential leadership skills. Mr Abdul Halique, CIGI Resource person and Director of I Path Academy and moreover a member of our parent community led the first session on Leadership skills. Ms Nanditha, Ansar Alumnus took up the second session on mental well-being. The third session on Public Speaking was handled by Master Ayham Bicha, Assistant School leader and the awardee of Orma Orator of the year. School Leader Master Hisham Hamza welcomed the gathering and Ms Aysha Afrin thanked all the participants. School Principal Mr Shihabudeen Pulath addressed the students and handed over the token of love to the resource persons. The well-designed activities and engaging sessions contributed to the growth and development of the student council members, preparing them to serve their peers and the school community with integrity and excellence.
